How does the reservation payment work?
Your collection uses a 30% reservation retainer, applied toward the full price. The remaining balance is due according to your event agreement. Your date is reserved once the required agreement and payment are complete.
What should I know before booking?
Availability is limited to one primary event per date. Travel, larger celebrations, and custom presentation requests may require a separate quote.
What happens after I reserve?
We’ll follow up to confirm timing, setup, design, logistics, and any custom requests.
