Terms of service
These terms govern use of www.atelierelunora.com and purchases of products or services from Atelier Elunora, LLC, trading as Atelier Elunora (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our store is hosted by Shopify.
1. Using our services
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or service agreement, or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, delivery, payment, and personalization information. Do not use the store or galleries for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware, or unauthorized access.
2. Products and descriptions
The product and variant selected at purchase determine the size, quantity, inclusions, and price of your order. Frame-only products do not include magnets unless expressly stated. Images may be labeled design previews or mockups. Natural materials, screen displays, and printing processes may produce slight variations, but this does not excuse defects or products that materially differ from their description.
Review all photo crops, spelling, dates, quantities, and size selections before submitting an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after design or production begins.
3. Your photographs and artwork
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us and the providers involved in your order the limited permission needed to receive, store, prepare, crop, reproduce, print, and deliver that content and provide any agreed event gallery.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for this use, including relevant photographer permissions and any necessary permissions for people depicted. Purchasing a photo session does not necessarily include permission to reproduce every photograph.
Submitting content for fulfillment does not itself authorize public advertising or portfolio use. That use requires separate permission. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringes rights, or cannot reasonably be produced, and will explain how that affects the order and any payment.
4. Orders and payments
Prices and available payment options are shown on the product page and at checkout. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is submitted. Unless stated otherwise, store prices are in U.S. dollars.
Any deposit, deferred payment, or purchase option must disclose the amount payable now and the balance-payment terms before purchase. A one-time product purchase is not an authorization for unrelated recurring charges.
If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cannot fulfill an order and it is canceled, we will refund the payment due for the unfulfilled order as required by law.
5. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy apply to product orders. Custom magnets and personalized frames have change-of-mind restrictions; eligible non-personalized frames have the return rights described in the Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered products.

6. Wedding and event services
An event inquiry alone does not reserve a date. Your reservation is subject to the booking requirements disclosed before payment and any event agreement accepted by both parties.
The agreed event package and any accepted additions define service hours, staffing, production quantities, venue arrangements, and other inclusions. Availability and feasibility of later changes must be confirmed.
Event-specific payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, and service arrangements must be set out in the event agreement supplied before the reservation is accepted. These website terms do not introduce an undisclosed non-refundable retainer or cancellation fee. If an event agreement conflicts with these general terms, the event-specific agreement controls for that service, subject to mandatory law.
7. Galleries and third-party services
Gallery access and downloads depend on the arrangements for the event. Do not redistribute gallery credentials or other people’s images without appropriate permission. Keep your own copies of photographs; galleries are not a promise of permanent archival storage.
Some functions use third-party tools. Their applicable terms and privacy notices may also apply, but this does not remove our responsibility for the products and services we sell.
8. Privacy and intellectual property

Our branding, website text, and original designs are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website to shop and obtain information; you may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization. Customer photographs remain subject to their owners’ rights.
9. Problems, consumer rights, and changes
Contact support@atelierelunora.com about an order or service problem so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ohio law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without taking away mandatory protections available where you live. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not unilaterally change an existing order or signed event agreement.
