Events
What is included after the wedding, and what costs extra?
Every guest-count package includes private event gallery access and a 12-pack of magnets for the couple. After your photographer delivers your wedding photos, upload 12 photos of your choice. We turn them into 12 finished 2.5-inch square magnets and ship the set to you, with one standard shipment included. Additional magnets beyond those 12, frames and other keepsakes are optional paid purchases. The 25-extra-magnet add-on gives you 37 magnets total.
Do we need to choose all our favorites during the reception?
No. Enjoy the live magnet experience at your event. Once your photographer delivers your wedding photos, choose and upload 12 favorites for your included after-wedding magnet pack. Contact Atelier Elunora with your booking details for photo-upload instructions. Extra magnets beyond the included 12 are optional paid purchases.
Photo station included
Every guest-count tier includes a neutral backdrop, flattering lighting, guest-operated photo capture and optional props. Guests can take a new photo or share their own images by QR code. One attendant supports live magnet production, with photo-station assistance as available; a dedicated photographer is not included.
What does unlimited mean?
No fixed total during your booked service hours. Each guest may receive one magnet per turn and return for more. Magnets are made in turn at the station; production and pickup end with your booked service time. Your package also includes a separate after-wedding 12-pack for the couple. Further after-event orders and bulk duplicate requests are priced separately.
Which areas do you serve?
Based in Strongsville, Ohio, serving weddings and events in Cleveland, Westlake, Avon, Medina, surrounding Northeast Ohio communities, Columbus, and Toledo. Columbus or Toledo-area events have a flat $150 travel fee.

One travel fee per event covers the round trip; fees are not added together. Columbus or Toledo-area travel is a flat $150 instead of the distance-based fees. Other travel fees are based on one-way driving distance from Strongsville, Ohio.
Send us your venue address before paying your reservation retainer so we can confirm availability and the total. Columbus or Toledo-area events have a flat $150 travel fee.
For destinations outside the Columbus and Toledo areas, events beyond 80 miles and trips requiring overnight accommodation are quoted individually before booking.

Yes. We print and press photo magnets live at your venue. Guests pick up finished magnets during your booked service hours and take them home that night. Every guest-count package also includes a 12-pack made from the couple’s chosen wedding photos and shipped after the wedding. Additional magnets beyond those 12 and other keepsakes are optional paid purchases.
Do you work only with weddings?
Yes. Birthdays, showers, graduations, anniversaries and company celebrations are quoted individually. Visit Special events to share your date and details.
How do I check my date?
For weddings, choose your guest-count tier and check the booking calendar; larger weddings require a custom quote. For other celebrations, request availability and a personal quote on our Special events page.
Can I customize the experience?
Yes. Additional service time, presentation, artwork and after-event keepsakes can be tailored to your celebration. All guest-count tiers include unlimited magnets during the booked service hours.
When is my date reserved?
Your date is reserved once the required booking agreement and reservation payment are complete.
Magnet orders
What size are the magnets?
Our signature magnets measure 2.5 × 2.5 inches.
Can I order magnets without booking an event?
Yes. Order custom photo magnets directly from the shop in sets of 3, 6, 12, 24, or 48.
How do I upload my photographs?
Choose your set on the photo magnet product page, upload one image per magnet, and adjust your square crops before checkout.
Which images should I choose?
Use clear, high-resolution photographs and leave room around faces and important details for square cropping.
Keepsakes
Do I need my wedding photographs when I order?
For the separately ordered Wedding Magnetic Keepsake Frame with Custom Magnets, photo selection happens after the wedding. Choose Wedding Night Photos, Your Wedding Photos, or A Mix of Both when ordering. Guest magnets included in a live event collection are made and picked up at the event.
Where do I personalize my wedding keepsake?
After your wedding, use the order-specific photo-selection or upload link provided by Atelier Elunora. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number. The personalization page explains the steps for each photo option.
How long do I have to choose my photos?
You may personalize your wedding keepsake within six months of your wedding date.
Is the main framed image selected separately?
Yes. Follow the instructions in your personalization email to select the main framed image separately from your magnet photographs.
Returns & cancellations
Can I return custom magnets or a keepsake frame?
Custom magnets and personalized frames are final sale for change-of-mind returns. Non-personalized frames may be returned if requested within 14 days of delivery, unused, undamaged, and securely packaged. You pay return shipping; original shipping is not refundable except where required by law. No restocking fee applies. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@atelierelunora.com with your order number, a description, and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover required return shipping for a confirmed defect or our error. This includes custom items. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Can I cancel a custom product order?
You may cancel for a full refund before design or production work begins. Email support@atelierelunora.com as soon as possible. Live wedding and event bookings follow the terms provided in your event agreement.
