What is the live photo magnet experience?
We create personalized photo magnets during your wedding or event, so guests can take home a keepsake from the celebration itself.
Do you work only with weddings?
Weddings are a primary focus, and the experience can also suit other celebrations and events.
How do I check my date?
Open the event booking page, choose a collection, and use the calendar to check availability.
Can I customize the experience?
Yes. Event length, guest count, magnet quantities, presentation, and add-ons can be considered when planning your celebration.
When is my date reserved?
Your date is reserved once the required booking agreement and reservation payment are complete.

What size are the magnets?
Our signature magnets measure 2.5 × 2.5 inches.
Can I order magnets without booking an event?
Yes. Order custom photo magnets directly from the shop in sets of 6, 12, 24, or 48.
How do I upload my photographs?
Choose your set on the photo magnet product page, upload one image per magnet, and adjust your square crops before checkout.
Which images should I choose?
Use clear, high-resolution photographs and leave room around faces and important details for square cropping.
Keepsakes
Do I need my wedding photographs when I order?
For the Wedding Magnetic Keepsake Frame with Custom Magnets, photo selection happens after the wedding. Choose Wedding Night Photos, Your Wedding Photos, or A Mix of Both when ordering.
Where do I personalize my wedding keepsake?
Use your Atelier Elunora post-wedding email for your gallery or order-specific upload link. The personalization page explains the steps for each photo option.
How long do I have to choose my photos?
You may personalize your wedding keepsake within six months of your wedding date.
Is the main framed image selected separately?
Yes. Follow the instructions in your personalization email to select the main framed image separately from your magnet photographs.
