Have your order number and the personalization instructions provided by Atelier Elunora ready. If you have not received your link, contact us with your order number. You may complete your selections within six months of your wedding.

  2. Pick your favorites

    Choose one photo selection for each magnet included with your purchased frame size. Your order-specific instructions confirm the required count.

  3. Send your selections

    Follow the gallery instructions to submit your image numbers or choices.

No photo upload is needed for this option.

  1. Wait for your photographs

    Choose your images once your photographer delivers your gallery.

  2. Open your upload link

    Use the order-specific photo-upload link in your Atelier Elunora personalization email.

  3. Upload your favorites

    Submit one high-resolution JPG, JPEG, or PNG photo selection per included magnet, with room for cropping to your selected format. Follow the count in your order-specific instructions.

    Choose photos from both sources, totaling the number of magnets included with your purchased frame size.

  2. Select your event photos

    Use your private event gallery and follow its selection instructions.

  3. Upload your own photos

    Use the order-specific upload link in your personalization email for the photographs you provide.

You can divide your selections between both sources in any combination that matches your included magnet count.

What about the main framed image?

Your main framed display image is chosen separately from the photographs for your magnets. Follow the instructions in your personalization email.

What image permissions do I need?

Submit images you own or have permission to reproduce, with the necessary consent for recognizable people, including minors where applicable.

Reply to your Atelier Elunora post-wedding email, or contact us with your order number.
