Atelier Elunora, LLC, trading as Atelier Elunora (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates www.atelierelunora.com and provides custom photo magnets, keepsake products, and wedding and event services. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you browse our store, place an order, inquire about or book an event, submit photographs, use an event gallery, or contact us.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, event date and venue, guest-count estimates, personalization instructions, photographs, image selections, and messages. Photographs may contain identifiable adults or children, and uploaded files may contain metadata.
Shopify and our service providers also collect information about use of the services, such as IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral sources, shopping activity, and cookie identifiers.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment services available at checkout. We receive transaction information needed to administer orders; Shopify does not make your full payment-card details available to us.
We receive information from customers, event hosts, guests, photographers or other people authorized to provide images, and service providers that support our business.
2. How we use information
We use information to process and deliver orders; prepare, crop, print, and personalize photographs and keepsakes; coordinate and deliver event services; provide photo-selection and gallery access; handle inquiries, cancellations, returns, and complaints; maintain transaction records; protect against fraud and misuse; and meet legal obligations.
We also use website activity to understand and improve the store. Where enabled and permitted, analytics and advertising services may use online activity to measure campaigns and personalize advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out choices.
Marketing messages are separate from necessary order and event communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those emails or contact us.
3. Photographs and event galleries
We use submitted photographs and personalization details to deliver the products and services requested. This may involve providing the files to upload, gallery, cloud-storage, design, printing, or production providers involved in that work.
Event photographs may be visible to the event host and other people given access to the event gallery. Depending on the access and download options used for that event, those people may view or download images. A gallery link or access code can be forwarded; please share it carefully. An event gallery is not the same as a confidential individual photo submission.
Submitting photographs for an order does not by itself give us permission to use them in public advertising or portfolio displays. We will obtain separate permission for that use. Requests concerning an image of you or your child can be sent to support@atelierelunora.com; include enough information to locate the image without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
You must have permission to submit and reproduce photographs, including any necessary permission from the photographer and permissions concerning the people depicted. Please do not upload identification documents, payment-card images, or other sensitive records.
4. Sharing information
We disclose relevant information to providers that help operate the business, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, booking tools, photo-upload and gallery services, cloud-storage providers, production partners, and professional advisers.
We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so; as needed to comply with law or valid legal requests; to investigate fraud or protect people and rights; or in connection with a business sale or reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.
Where advertising or analytics integrations are enabled, certain browsing and device information may be shared with their providers. Some laws describe this activity as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for the information. Applicable choices are described below.
5. Shopify’s role
Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide checkout, commerce, security, and other services. Depending on the Shopify features enabled, Shopify may also process information about activity across merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising. Shopify is responsible for certain processing for its own purposes.

6. Cookies and privacy choices
Cookies and similar technologies support functions such as shopping carts, checkout, account access, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Where consent is required, non-essential processing must follow your consent choices.

You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect store functionality. 7. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account outstanding orders, event and personalization services, customer requests, disputes, tax and accounting obligations, and other legal requirements. Different records and service providers may have different retention periods.
Photo-selection deadlines do not promise a matching storage period or permanent gallery access. Keep your own copies of important photographs. You can request deletion, subject to information we must retain for legal obligations or other permitted reasons.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep account credentials and gallery access details confidential.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Email support@atelierelunora.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If a request is denied, you may contact us to appeal where applicable. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
For people in the EEA or UK where applicable law applies, our processing relies on performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent where required, and legitimate interests such as security and administering the business, balanced against your rights.
9. Children and international processing
Our ordering and booking services are intended for adults, rather than for children to use independently. Adults may submit family or event photographs containing children as part of a legitimate order. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly without appropriate authorization, contact us.
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where legally required, transfers are subject to recognized safeguards.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change and will provide additional notice where required. The date above identifies the latest version.
