Photo tips

For the best result, choose clear, high-resolution photographs and keep important faces or details away from the extreme edges of the image. You’ll be able to adjust the square crop during personalization.

Production & shipping

Estimated dispatch: 5–7 business days after the required payment and receipt of all required photographs, personalization information, and any agreed approval. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Dispatch means your order has been handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional; these are not arrival estimates. Shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns & cancellations

Custom photo magnets are final sale for change-of-mind returns. You may cancel for a full refund before design or production work begins. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
