The magnetic keepsake frame pairs a pale greige wood-grain finish with a narrow satin-gold inner edge. Its warm ivory interior features subtle Atelier Elunora botanical details and discreet branding.

Available in 12 × 16, 16 × 20, 18 × 24, and 24 × 30 inches. Your selection determines the frame you receive. The product image illustrates the design; proportions and display layout vary by size.

Production & shipping

Estimated dispatch: 6–8 calendar weeks. For non-personalized frames, this starts after payment. For personalized frames, it starts after the required payment and receipt of all required photographs, personalization information, and any agreed approval.

Dispatch means your order has been handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional; these are not arrival estimates. Shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns & cancellations

Non-personalized frames may be returned if requested within 14 days of delivery, unused, undamaged, and securely packaged. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; original shipping is not refundable except where required by law. No restocking fee applies. Frames or printed interiors personalized with names, dates, photographs, or other customer-specific details are final sale for change-of-mind returns. Choosing a standard size alone does not make a frame personalized.

Contact us before shipment to request cancellation of a non-personalized frame. For custom work, cancellation for a full refund is available before design or production begins. Damage, defects, and incorrect items remain eligible for an appropriate remedy, with any required return shipping covered for a confirmed defect or our error. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
