The Wedding Magnetic Keepsake Frame with Custom Magnets

A post-wedding keepsake designed specifically for Atelier Elunora couples. This set pairs your selected Wedding Magnetic Keepsake Frame with a collection of removable photo magnets that preserve favorite moments from your celebration.

Choose how you would like your magnet collection created. Photo selection happens after the wedding, so you do not need to have your final professional gallery ready when you purchase.

• Wedding Night Photos — all magnets in your selected collection are created from photographs captured during your Atelier Elunora wedding experience.
• Your Wedding Photos — all magnets in your selected collection are created from professional wedding, engagement, bridal, or other favorite photographs you provide after the wedding.
• A Mix of Both — combine professional wedding photographs with favorite images captured during your Atelier Elunora wedding experience.

How personalization works

After your wedding, use the order-specific photo-selection or upload link provided by Atelier Elunora. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number. If your photographer has not delivered your final gallery yet, you may wait until those images are available.

Your main framed display image is selected separately from the photographs used for your magnet collection.

Photo permissions

For photographs you provide, please use high-resolution images with adequate space for cropping to your selected magnet format. By submitting photographs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to reproduce them and that you have the necessary consent for recognizable individuals, including minors where applicable.

Production & shipping

Estimated dispatch: 6–8 calendar weeks after the required payment and receipt of all required photographs, personalization information, and any agreed approval. Frame-and-magnet sets follow this frame dispatch window unless we confirm separate shipments.

For upload-later orders, this window begins once the required payment, complete photo selections, personalization details, and any agreed approval are received—not on the original reservation date or wedding date.

Dispatch means your order has been handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional; these are not arrival estimates. Shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns & cancellations

The custom magnets are final sale for change-of-mind returns. A non-personalized frame may be returned if requested within 14 days of delivery, unused, undamaged, and securely packaged. A frame or printed interior personalized with names, dates, or photographs is also final sale for change-of-mind returns.

For a frame-only return from this set, the refundable frame portion before any additional discount is: 12 × 16 — $129; 16 × 20 — $149; 18 × 24 — $169; 24 × 30 — $219 (USD). Discounts on the set are allocated proportionally; the refund cannot exceed the amount paid for the frame portion. You keep the custom magnets. You pay change-of-mind return shipping; original shipping is not refundable except where required by law. No restocking fee applies.

You may cancel custom work for a full refund before design or production begins. Damage, defects, and incorrect items remain eligible for an appropriate replacement or refund, with any required return shipping covered for a confirmed defect or our error. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
